Welcome to AIToolsGuide.shop (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) and AIToolsGuide.shop regarding your access to and use of our website and the purchase of digital products.
By accessing our website and completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or purchase our products.
1. Digital Product Delivery
AIToolsGuide.shop specializes in the sale of downloadable digital products, including but not limited to templates, guides, frameworks, checklists, and educational materials (collectively, “Digital Products”).
1.1 Delivery Method
Upon successful payment and order completion, customers will receive immediate access to Digital Products through one or more of the following methods:
- Direct download links provided via email
- Access to a password-protected customer account portal
- Cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Alternative delivery methods specified at the point of purchase
1.2 Delivery Timeframe
Download links and access credentials will be delivered within 24 hours of successful payment. In most cases, delivery occurs immediately upon transaction completion. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to their account credentials.
1.3 Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide accurate contact information during checkout
- Check spam or promotional email folders if delivery emails are not received in the inbox
- Maintain secure storage of download links and account credentials
- Download products within a reasonable timeframe (we recommend within 30 days of purchase)
